Joy Chakraborty is the Operating Officer at PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Mumbai and comes with 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining PD Hinduja Hospital, he had worked for 9 years with Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre, Chennai associated with Sri Ramachandra Medical College (Deemed University). As an administrator, he managed the entire operations and administration function of the hospital. He was also actively involved in developing and teaching programs related to healthcare management field in SRMC.
Chakraborty completed his Post-graduation in Healthcare Management. He has undergone advanced Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Boston in Managing Healthcare Delivery and attended MDP on ‘Finance for Business leaders’ organized by IIM – Ahmedabad.
He currently serves as Chairman – Healthcare Initiatives of CII (Western Region) and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
